Workouts

Stay in shape during the season!

Each coach workout is numbered in the corresponding Workout List. Upload the time-lapsed videos of your workouts and mile times (from an app) to the shared Google album. "Choice" workouts can be tumbling classes, alternate workouts (at least 45 minutes) OR the listed coach workout. Goal is three times a week: 2 coach workouts and one "choice" workout.
